Tax Accountant | Part time | Canning Vale | $25 - $33 per hour Neg
- On going temporary position that will lead to permanent appointment
- Canning Vale location
- Initial 2-3 day start that may lead to a full 5 work days
A fantastic opportunity has now opened up for a initial part time role with with a view for permanent part time/full time. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to restart their career or reduce their working hours and work closer to home. This is a public practice accounting company and is essential that you have worked in a public practice environment before.
The Role
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Possess a strong understanding of the Australian Tax regulations and legislation
- Have an excellent communication skills with an eye for detail
- Have knowledge of doing income tax returns for trusts, partnerships, SMSF, individuals clients
- Have the ability to work independently
To be considered for this role it is essential that you should:
- Ideally have strong experience in working as a tax accountant in public practice
- CPA graduate or working to your CPA
- Knowledge of Handisoft software is essential
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MYOB software
The successful applicant will have access to a good work and life balance. The successful applicant will have the potential to move to a full time permanent role as well. Suitable for applicants who like to come back to the workforce, studying part time or work closer to home. Hurry, this position will not last long!
