The Role:
In your role as Finance Administrator you provide support to the Payroll Department and provide finance administration support for employees salary packaging, to include paying superannuation through a clearing house, monthly deductions and portable long services leave. You will have a meticulous attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of Superannuation, FBT and taxation
- Complete monthly General Ledger novated lease reconciliation
- Responsible for the lease payment to the novated lease provider - ensure invoices are correctly coded
- Ad hoc administrative duties for the finance team as requested
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience of processing superannuation payments
- Experience of using CRIS21 desirable
- Awareness of Fringe Benefit Tax
- Excellent organisation, time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise work tasks
- Proactive and positive attitude
Hours: 30 hours per week - flexible days/times to suit your lifestyle
Rate: $35 hour
