As Accounts Receivable / Debtors Clerk your superior customer service skills and professional phone manner will see you work with many loyal customer to ensure accounts are brought up to date and in line with trading terms. You will enjoy a variety of duties leaving no time for boredom as you work across one one of many ledgers end-to-end.  
 
Reporting to the Credit Manager you main responsibilities will include:
  

• Handling customer enquires as to accounts, outstanding balances, payments' etc;  
  
• Reconciling and preparing month end roll over;  
  
• Reconciling COD's weekly;  
  
• Importing invoices via Attache;  
  
• Processing CR / DR order requests;  
  
• Creating new customer accounts and reactivating past accounts;  
  
• Investigating discrepancies;  
  
• Liasing with Sales as to customer accounts status, new accounts etc.  
  

  
To be successful for this opportunity you will:  
 

• Demonstrate similar previous experience;  
  
• Have a desire to stay long-term and or be seeking career progression;  
  
• Have clear and concise communication skills and a clear phone manner;  
  
• Possess a 'can do', positive attitude along with professionalism;  
  
• Have intermediate computer skills (knowledge of Attache and Navision an advantage);   
  
• Have excellent reconciliation skills;  
  
• Have the ability to work within a team;
