As the Credit Manager you will oversee the small credit/administration team and ensure the delivery of operational excellence in contract and receivables management whilst focusing on client satisfaction in WA – someone with the ability to build good relations internally will see you succeed in this role. Based in Belmont, you will also manage the local facilities and quality management programmes, and your responsibilities will include the following; Implement systems and processes to provide benchmark order & contract management Manage clients in all matters to foster beneficial connections to achieve account management, collections, and risk management objectives Implement effective facilities services for the local operational sites Implement, maintain and promote the Quality Management System and Environmental Management system for the local operational sites Develop and manage the administration team To succeed in this role, you will have a solid background in finance along with strong people management experience.
