Dynamic e-learning/scenario training leader ... at the cutting edge of skills training, boasts some of the most comprehensive business solutions development training, globally, and it is now offering an exceptional opportunity to join their expanding team as Accountant

You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, but as a key member of the greater finance team you will also work very closely with the General Manager of Finance. Your specific responsibilities will be to manage the end-to-end accounts for this growing new and dynamic entity. You will also draw upon your management reporting and standard costing skills. You will also be integral in implementing corporate and departmental strategic objectives, contributing new ideas, innovative and more efficient business processes and lending your well developed analytical skills to identify and resolve anomalies, issues or challenges as they come to light.

Well developed and finely tuned communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to build relationships at all levels including external auditors is critical to the success of this position as you will be working as part of a close knit and highly effective team, as well as also being reliant upon the cooperation of other departmental managers. This role will be very hands-on technically and you will therefore need a solid understanding of the Australian Accounting Standards to ensure transparency and compliance practices are maintained without exception. Appropriate tertiary qualifications (CPA or CA) is preferred or part thereof. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
