Administration - Engineering
Due to internal promotion a fantastic opportunity has opened up for a well rounded Office Administrator to join this well regarded Engineering Consultancy. Supporting a growing team of engineers, you will play an integral part in ensuring the day to day administration requirements of the office are met. In addition you will be the first point of call to all clients via phone and in person. Duties will include but not be limited to; • Answering phones • Meeting and greeting clients • Ensuring the office area is kept clean and boardrooms are set up for meetings • Collect mail and distribute • Manage mail out and courier services • Manage meeting room bookings • Maintain and upkeep office equipment • General filing • Petty cash management • Ordering stationary • Travel bookings • All ad hoc administration required by the consultants The successful applicant will have a mature attitude and the ability to work autonomously. Your communication skills will be of a high caliber, allowing you to communicate with all levels effectively. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a well established organisation, where you can be the 'go to' person. You will be required to have intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
