Want to join a leading Australian ICT Integrator who specialises in Data Networking and Communications?

With my Clients growth in the market place, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to help out their growing team with sales support and administration.

You will provide direct support to Account Managers and/or Business Development Managers for all customer facing activities and/or liaising with contacts to handle pre-sales, service and account administration activities.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Sales proposals and quotes
  • Direct point of contact with customers and vendors for Orders and Service Management
  • Administration and reporting
  • Meetings and events
  • Risk assessment and business compliance
To be successful you will have the following skills:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service environment
  • PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • System skills  including SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce etc..
