Drake International are currently looking for a skilled Administrator who ideally has project experience. Purpose: Working within a consultancy working within the resources sector, providing administrative support. Responsibilities: Human Resources - Liaise with Recruitment agencies and manage advertising
- Liaise with candidates, co-ordinate interviews, manage CV database
Administration: - General back-office facilities management
- Assist with establishing and running all office policies and procedures
- Coordinate all company travel requirements
- Manage office supplies
- Meet and greet any ATI visitor
- Keep office tidy under clear desk policy
- Coordinate OHS requirements across the group including statuary requirements.
Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude and attention to detail.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Word – ability to design and set up detailed templates
- Powerpoint – ability to produce dynamic presentations
- Excel – must have advanced Excel skills including ability to design spreadsheets and extensive formatting skills.
