We have an opportunity for you to join one of Australia's most rapidy growing merchandising companies as a Reception/Administration all-rounder.

Located in Campbellfield you will play in integrual part of the day to day running of the business. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts payable
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Data entry
  • Organising and implementing filing and document organisation system
  • Document management
  • Sales support and back office customer management
  • Organising freight
  • Support Managing Director with any requirements

To be successful in this position you will need to be:

  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Have the ability to structure your tasks in matter of priority
  • Numerically accurate
  • Flexible (3-5 days per week)
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and friendly
