Our client is a specialist boutique consulting firm that provides advice and practical strategies on all aspects of environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility. They have successfully assisted government, community and industry to develop solutions for some of the most difficult environmental and social issues affecting community health, land-use and economic development. This is a small, dedicated and passionate team where you can feel as though you are really making a difference and youll really enjoy the diverse and vibrant team, the fast pace and a genuinely varied and interesting role!
Based at Reception, youll be the first point of contact for clients but in conjunction with the delightful Executive Assistant, will also have the chance to provide all-round administrative and secretarial support to the Consultants and Senior Management Team. Manage the mail, prepare correspondence, book travel and maintain the database whilst also getting involved in organizing events, training work-shops and conferences. Co-ordinate bulk email campaigns, update training material and prepare the quarterly newsletter etc.
Ideally youll have gained experience in a similar role and will need high level computer skills (some graphic design or Mac ability will be highly regarded). Of equal importance will be your pro-active, `can-do, enthusiastic attitude and excellent communication skills.
