As Operations & Compiler Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Maintain internal systems by facilitating consignments & purchase orders
  • Arrangement of quotes & insurance of cost comparisons
  • Operational assistance
  • Assisting the customs division with compiling & document control
  • Data reporting for clients & customers
  • Ongoing maintenance of customer/client relationships
  • Administration duties & database integrity
  • Competent understanding of company terms, services, procedures, & systems
 
In order to be successful for the role of Operations & Compiler Coordinator you will ideally possess:
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent time management & organisation abilities
  • Positive attitude & dedicated team player
  • Commitment to attention to detail
  • Great prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & follow instructions efficiently
  • Experience within transport & logistics is not required but highly regarded
 
Hours: Monday - Friday full time 8:30am-5:00pm- initial contract of 3 months then transition to permanent  
 
Salary: Salary is negotiable based on experience- starting at $50,000 + superannuation
