Due to the commencement of a number of major and high profile projects, we have a vacancy for an exceptional Administrator who has previous Oil and Gas experience and worked within a medical environment.

Your main duties will include:

Administer and coordinate drug and alcohol assessments.

Coordinate and arrange medical examinations for all assignments including offshore employees

Maintaining employee database of results

Prepare documentation, organise room bookings and catering when required.

Compile agendas and organise meetings.

Accurate and timely production of correspondence.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

Working within a medical environment would be desirable but not essential

Excellent IT skills, microsoft word and excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to liaise with all different divisions both externally and internally.

The ability to work in a busy team and reach deadlines and have a flexible working attitude due to the daily demands of the day.

Reliable and coscientious and a team player

Any successful candidates will need to attend a drug and alcohol assessment prior to employment and complete a medical questionnaire.
