Based in South Yarra is this highly regarded property group who specialise in the Sales & Marketing of Apartment Developments within inner city Melbourne.

Due to internal growth they are seeking the assistance of an Office Administrator/Personal Assistant to work under two Managing Directors and assist within the Sales, Marketing and Property Management teams from an Administration perspective.

This challenging and diverse position will require the successful candidate to assist with diary management and travel coordination for two Managing Directors, presentation coordination, liaison with development groups, process sales contracts, assist with leasing documentation, assist the marketing teams with large campaigns and manage all office filing systems.

To be successful in this role you must have previous Real Estate or Property based experience, corporate presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and experience with REST - Rockend is highly desirable.
