The Role:
To meet the business's needs by attending to client service and administrative requirements as well as working directly under the director of the company as their Personal Assistant.
As the Client Service & Personal Assistant at this company you will have many responsibilities, these may include:
- Being the main point of contact for clients
- Answer any client queries and other information as required
- Coordinate data and records collection and any required follow up of clients
- Perform admin duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc
- Letters, correspondence, reports and other documents as required
- ASIC lodgments, reporting, updates and form preparation and distribution
- Collate and prepare financial and other reports for distribution to clients;
- Personal admin support to Director including appointments, general admin duties and office organisation
- Admin support to Business Manager as required
- Prepare coffee or tea for clients
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong experience with Microsoft office.
- Experience with MYOB / QuickBooks
- Demonstrated interest in pursuit of following an administration career with a genuine interest in business activities
- Confident enough to develop client relationships and build rapport with staff, business partners and clients
- Attention to detail and accurate with administrative duties
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Salary: $23 to $26 p/h + super (neg on experience)
