NEW! A fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant or PA, with a finance background, to join a leading global investment bank with an excellent reputation in the market place.
Reporting to the Business Manager and working with a broader team of 18 staff, this varied role includes, but is not limited to; extensive diary management, booking international and domestic travel, producing PowerPoint presentations, arranging meetings and working on miscellaneous projects.
The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to switch between high level senior team support and ad-hoc low level administration tasks.

The right candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years PA experience within Financial Services (or Professional Services) and be truly IT proficient (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience of Adove and Illustrator highly desirable.
This is an ongoing role in the CBD paying up to $35 per hour.
