Receptionist - Part Time

Our client is an established Catholic Private School based in the Inner east suburbs of Melbourne.

They currently have a vacancy for an experienced receptionist and administrator to work in their visitor’s office in a Permanent Part time capacity. This role will be offered with Flexible hours between a Wednesday and Friday, either two full days and one half or two half days and one full day.

To be successful in this role you must have the following –

  • Experience in a reception/administrative function, Minimum 2 years
  • Must be available to work a maximum of 20 hours per week
  • Excellent communication and presentation – Must meet the School’s high standards of customer service
  • Intermediate IT skills – all Microsoft packages
  • Must have excellent phone manner and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service at all times to both internal and external stakeholders
