Customer Service and Admin role. Geebung. $22.56+super. Monday to Friday only. Secure on site parking. Temp to Perm.

Working in their Customer Care Centre at Geebung you will manage business critical job orders from customers all around Australia and New Zealand providing an exceptional service to some of the regions largest corporations.

The Customer Service Consultant will include processing client orders, making some outbound contact to customers to verify information and follow up on any outstanding items. You will also take second level inbound support calls from some clients and also liaise closely with field staff and other internal stakeholders.

Whilst strong data entry and attention to detail skills are essential you will also need problem solving skills for locating items as well as a determination to achieve customer satisfaction.  You have a passion for outstanding service and can liaise with customers to resolve problems and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

You have strong eye for detail, commitment to quality service and great PC skills with a focus on accuracy as well as pace. Highly organised and committed to your own performance you love working as an individual and within a supportive team.

Positions available are Full-Time temporary commencing on $22.56/hr + super 38hrs per week on a rotating roster Mon - Fri generally between 6.00am and 7.00pm. While initially a temporary position this role offers a real opportunity for permanent work. Immediate start date.
