They promote their products through Mechanical Contractors and National and Independent Electrical Wholesalers, supplying the Service and Install sectors of Sydney. POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to forecasted growth & expansion my client is currently searching for a Proven & Professional Internal Sales Representative to join their already established NT / Darwin Sales Team. 

Your Responsibilities will include;

• Fielding Inbound calls from Mechanical Contractors and Installers - inquiries are generated through your External Sales Executive - to develop project sales opportunities
• Providing Products, Pricing and Delivery information
• Managing Existing Account Relationships 80% as well as generating potential New Business opportunities 20%
• Preparing Quotes, supporting the existing External Sales Executive
• Providing Excellence in Customer Service and Being the "Voice of the Company" that keeps its customers coming back. 

CANDIDATE 

The successful applicant will ideally possess;

• Outstanding Phone Manner and/or experience in a Customer Service / Sales Support / Technical Sales Role 
• Familiarity with Mechanical or HVAC products will be an advantage (or a related product EG Electrical, Electronic, Lighting, Cabling, Air Conditioning)
• The ability to Multi task and Think on Your Feet
• Motivation, Passion and a Team Player Attitude
• Comfortable liaising with Mechanical Contractors and Installers
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A Good Sense of Humor & a Team Player
• A Desire for a Long Term and Stable Sales Career
