A great opportunity has arrived with Australia's leading Media and Telecommunication Company. Our client is seeking several outstanding and exceptional Credit Consultants to start on Monday 30 January 2011 in their Melbourne CBD Contact Centre. The role: Working in a supportive and friendly contact centre environment, you will enjoy the challenge of working with your customer to resolve difficult billing and account issues. This position is in a dialler based environment, where you will be handling inbound and making outbound calls to existing customer of the business. You will be responsible in achieving a mutually beneficial outcome for both customer and client to recoup outstanding monies and minimize customers debt. Your patience and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in addressing overdue customer accounts, including making payment arrangements and advising customers on their account status. If you comfortable working in a structured environment and have confidence in your resolution and problem solving skills, you will excel in this position.

What we are looking for: We are looking for people with a strong customer service background within call centres, retail or hospitality who have excellent communication, negotiation and impeccable relationship building skills.
