We are looking for a part time Customer Service Representative that has the ability to multitask and problem solve whilst delivering excellent customer service. We are after passionate individuals who understand a product based industry and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

The ideal applicant will have;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate data input (order entry and updating of spreadsheets, exporting data out of SAP into excel)
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment
  • Stability in previous positions

System requirements for this position:

  • SAP Skills - intermediate
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel Skills

This is a Call Center/Customer Service environment so previous experience in a similar role will be highly desirable. The team liaises on a daily basis with Supply Chain, National Business Managers, Brand Managers and Finance.
