Our client, a leading health care organisation with huge expansion plans, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.
 

**THIS POSITION IS BASED IN MANDURAH AND YOU NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT CLINICS AS REQUIRED.  

Main Duties:

  • Recognise and capitalise on sales/business production opportunities
  • Achieve corporate and individual goals
  • Perform screening checks in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Ensure corporate procedures are implemented for each screening client
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up
  • Provide accurate customer service and high level administration support
  • Obtain and maintain a knowledge of basic hearing aid technology, perform basic cleaning functions and carry out minor repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure all appointments are confirmed by telephone on the prior business day
  • Document any customer compliment and complaint
  • Perform Centre duties, including scheduling of future appointments, receipt of customer payments, process OHS claims for payment, daily banking, data entry, file creation andmaintenance, process orders, stock control, filing and email
  • Be responsible for opening and securely closing of the Centre
  • Assist with the training of new CSO staff
  • Attend corporate meetings and training programs as required
  • Observe and comply with corporate policies
  • Other duties as directed
 
Main skills required:
Basic computer knowledge including use of in-house software
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with fellow members and allied health professionals
Ability to provide a professional approach to clients
An empathy with senior citizens
An ability to accept responsibility and accountability
An ability to work with minimum of direct supervision
An ability to welcome and embrace change
An ability to be results focused
 
 
***To be considered for this position you will have previous customer services experience, both over the phone AND face to face. You will also be happy working to targets and will have some Sales experience.
