Experienced Customer Service Representative

My client offer the full Telecommunications package and have grown to become one of Australia's leading providers, winning award after award!

They are currently looking for a premium customer service representative to join their fantastic team, this is an inbound role.

Salary: $40,000 + super + 10k bonus potential

Hours: Call Centre operates between 8am -8pm (No weekend work) must be flexible to work early or late shift - 7.5hr day

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 1.5 - 2 years + Customer Service Call Centre experience
  • Passion for providing amazing Customer Service
  • The ability to build rapport and make customers feel at ease
  • The confidence to Up sell/ Cross Sell
  • Clear Communication Skills
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • A strong work ethic - hard working, motivated, great team player
  • Industry experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with KPI's
  • Able to travel to St Peters on a daily basis

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is going from strength to strength! 2 weeks full training provided and ongoing support from Team Leaders and the Call Centre Manager.
