COMPANY - PACKAGING 


My client is an Established and Growing Wholesaler with a solid presence in NSW - they provide custom designed Cardboard Packaging Solutions through to Manufacturing sector with a heavy emphasis on Food & Beverage.

With an established team in NSW and a solid market share, they are looking to expand their Internal NSW team with the appointment of a Customer Service / Account Manager.

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES - PACKAGING 


Your responsibilities will include the following;

• Fielding inbound customer calls from Manufacturing Customers
• Processing orders daily
• Providing exceptional levels of customer service
• Coordination orders and liaising with internal the Production Team
• Supporting the External Sales Team
• Using Sales force CRM Systems daily
• Backorder maintenance
• Management of the timely delivery of products to customers

CANDIDATE - PACKAGING 



The successful applicant will ideally possess -

• Enthusiasm
• Demonstrated longevity within your previous roles
• Diligence and dedication to your customers needs
• Phone based Customer Service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and PC skills - ideally exposed to Sales force
• A background with either Wholesaler or Manufacturer
• The ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Team Player attitude with the ability to work in a close knit team, take direction as well as think on your feet
