Your roster will be dependant on call flow and coverage and will vary week to week. To be successful for this role the following is essential: - Availability to commence immediately

- 35 WPM typing - 98% Accuracy

This role can vary from being extremely busy to extremely quiet so the ability to self motivate is essential.
