Our client, a leading and growing company located in Gordon is looking for a vibrant and mature team orientated Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional service to their customers and members. Working with a friendly and supportive team you will responsible for providing a wide variety of duties including:

• Providing a high level of personalised customer service
• Answering incoming calls and assist customers enquiries about products and services
• Creating further interest in the company's services
• Carrying out credit checks and employment checks, if warranted
• Updating databases
• Arranging the dispatch of contracts
• Reviewing returned documents and prepare for settlement
• Following up client calls
• General clerical duties

To be successful for this role you must possess

• Have at least 3-5 years experience in any customer focused industry, ideally having worked in finance/credit
• Possess superior communication skills with excellent command of the English language
• Are friendly & customer service focused
• Have a keen eye for details and accurate
  
• Are intelligent and mature
• Enjoy working in a challenging team environment
• Motivated and positive
• Computer Savvy
  
• Are flexible in your working hours and are prepared to work late shifts and on weekends
