An amazing opportunity has become available within an Eastern Suburbs based Council; we are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Customer Service Officer to join this organisation on a contractual basis.

As Senior Customer Service Officer you will provide support to the customer service team and Team leaders. Bring your vibrant approach into this small and friendly call centre and demonstrate your driven attitude via your passion for customer service.

Your success in this role can be attributed to your previous experience in leading, coaching and mentoring call centre staff. Although not a Team Leader, you will have the experience and ability to train and motivate the customer service team; this will include observing staff and identifying areas in need of coaching.

Along with the above prerequisites, you will ideally possess:

• Fantastic communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in encouraging and mentoring others
• A vibrant and motivating personality
• Experience in the training of call centre staff
