Estimating Manager
  
An experienced Estimating Manager and/or Senior Estimator with extensive experience of working on Civil Construction projects is required to join this head office in Northern NSW/Gold Coast.  
  
This mid tier client is a very successful civil contractor that has a mix of projects in NSW & QLD. Their head office is based near the border of NSW/QLD and now have a need for an Estimating Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.
 
Their projects range from $500k - $10m in value and include all types of infrastructure including roads, pipelines, water, bridges etc.
 
Due to the steady stream of projects being awarded and so many to tender this mid tier contractor there is now the need for a permanent Estimating Manager to join the Head Office in Northern NSW/Gold Coast.
  
As Estimator you will have:  

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or similar 
• A minimum of 8 years experience as an Estimator in Australia 
• Experience of formulating, processing and coordinating tenders, tender documents and associated documentation  
• A strong knowledge of all civil engineering principles and practices 
• Conversant with estimating software packages and have the ability to easily pick up new software knowledge 
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, including report writing and presentation skills
