My client is one of the biggest residential construction companies Australia-wide. With a solid reputation in the market, they have a strong presence in the private dwellings market. This exceptional role is a great opportunity for a motivated Residential Production Estimator to join Sydney-based team and progress.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Preparing Bill of Quantities
Dealing with customer variations
Ensure the forecasted budget is monitored through the entire construction process
Extra to Schedule (ETS) charges and process invoices
Check tender, contract drawings and colour selection schedules for consistency
Ideally you will have:
2-5 years experience as a Production Estimator with areputable residential construction company
Eye for detail and strong analytical skills
Proven record in delivering accurate estimates and dealing with variations
Tertiary qualified preferred
