Someone with experience in building services, construction or perhaps manufacturing with transition well or who has had exposure to the importance of maintaining systems and records in aspects of safety and or QA/Training.

Based 15 north of the city a large well respected diverse building company with a strong and positive culture and respected name in the market has an immediate temp need with a strong view to permanency for the right candidate.
The Role
An advanced administration/coordination role with "end to end ownership" of the OHS, Quality Assurance and Training Portfolio for all arms of the business working under a busy and well respected Manager.
Working full time business hours from the corporate office and closely beside your manager you will come on initially as temp and hopefully prove your abilities to secure a role more permanent.
Your role will encompass:
- OHS Minute taking, coordination, evaluation, reporting, statistical & auditing administration
- Quality Assurance Database Management, Facilitation, Reporting
- Training Administration, On-line training facilitation, Records Management & Coordination
- Other assistance in respect to the discipline and to your manager
You will absolutely need to present with:
- Advanced Excel skills (you will need to be tested to prove your skills in this area)
- Advanced Analytical & Detailed Administrative skills
- Experience in a record keeping capacity in safety, training, QA or similar
- Exceptional Reference Checks from current / previous employer
- A strong exposure and understanding of OHS&W and relevant standards
A candidate who has been exposed to the building, construction, civil, manufacturing or even food handling industry would transfer well based on the focus of OHSEQ in this field.
An absolute love for the content is essential, a passionate and dedicated candidate who is efficient, innovative, system driven and reliable.
Part Time is optional
For an *exceptional* worker who can execute fast efficient workloads, the client is willing to look at a 4 - 4.5 day week for the right candidate.
