Now Careers is currently recruiting a Project Director for their client. This opportunity is to work directly for the client managing $300+milAccommodation/ ResidentialProject.
This opportunity would see you join the projects team managing the project from inception, design development through to managing the head contractor and completion.
Key Requirements

You will have completed a Degree Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a Building related field

You will have a minimum of 10-15 years experience having worked for the head contractor and you will also have experience working on the client side

You will have experience delivering a $250 +mil project from inception through

You will have a high level of experience in Design Management pulling together the design team and leading the design.

You will have extensive experience in client management, stakeholder management and managing user groups
