Now Careers is currently recruiting a Project Director for the Planning Division of their client. This client is an organization that plan, manage and deliver major Health Projects in NSW. Due to a large number of projects to be delivered this client is looking for Project Directors to join the planning division.
The Opportunity Whats in it for you?
This role would see you join the existing team on the planning side of the business whereby you will be responsible for projects up to $100mil. This role would see you provide strategic leadership and management for the implementation of projects across NSW.
It is a fantastic opportunity to join the planning arm of the business and work along side experienced professionals. It will give you an opportunity to work on both complex and exciting Health projects.
Key Requirements

You will have a Bachelor of Construction Management, Architecture/ Planning or a related field.

You will have a minimum of over 8-10 years experience in a similar role leading the planning of complex infrastructure projects, Health project experience would be well regarded.

You will have demonstrated track record of on-time and on budget delivery performance

You will have experience leading a team of consultants and stakeholder management

You will have exceptional skills in communication both written & verbal

You will have a thorough understanding and experience in Risk Management
