My client is one of Australias leading building contractors and have grown strength to strength  over the last 25 years. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane  their focus is on the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

 

Due to continuous growth and acquisition of larger projects my client is seeking the best of the best to join their team as a Senior Site Manager to be based on a $45mil D&C  Industrial Warehouse based in north west Sydney.

 

 

Carpentry background or tertiary qualified progressing through the ranks to Foreman/Site Manager

 Experience working with a Tier 1 or top Tier 2 contractor in the Australian market

Ideally, experience running projects up to $40M Plus

Reasonable computer proficiency

Ability to meet deadlines, coordinate subcontractors, have good time management, have strong ability to display leadership on site whilst upholding the highest level of OH&S.

 

 

A Salary package of up to $180k per annum.

Supporting you in this role you will have 1 x project manager, 2 x section foreman and 2 x contracts administrator.
