Based in Sydney's Inner West, This large contractor has a proven track record for successfully delivering major building projects across Australia. With an outstanding reputation and pipeline of work on their books they are looking for 5 building engineers to joint their team.
Reporting to a senior Project engineer you will be responsible for scheduling and managing the project to ensure project objectives and agreed specifications are achieved in accordance with the project scope, the program, resource requirements, budgets, quality and safety standards and customer expectations, also:
- Planning and programming
- Cost control
- Head contract management
- Development Approvals
- Dealing with services and structures
- Liaising with stakeholder
- Ensuring Site OHS&E
Ideally you will have:
- 3-5 years experience as a Site Engineer delivering commercial and multi unit projects
- Advanced planning experience dealing with time, quality and budget constraints
- Outstanding communication and organisation
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong cost control background essential.
