Site Manager - Aged Care Development in the ACT


My client seeks the services of an experienced Site Manager to join their Canberra team. The project will consist of a large aged care development in the centre of the ACT. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager this role will consist of driving and managing all aspects of site activities whilst having the support of experienced leading hands, trades, administrators and reputable sub-contractors. OH&S and Quality systems are already in place ensuring all projects my clients complete are of high standards.


To be suitable for the above mentioned position these experiences and qualifications are a must;

· Minimum 7 years Site Management experience

· Experience in Site Management of Aged Care or Commercial projects $10Mil+

· Proven track record of working for a reputable mid tier company competing projects in time and on budget

· Strong experience in OH&S and Quality Assurance


The project is due to start in the first week of February so interviews are being held ASAP. The salary range from $110K - $130K+ and will be negotiated through experience. Vehicle allowances, mobile phones and all the necessary equipment are supplied.
