Key responsibilities for this role include:
· Management of the field services operations
· Business development throughout existing and target market segments for long term service agreements for rotating machinery
· Negotiation and management of long service agreements
· Management of proposals and oversee execution of agreements
· Management of OHS policy & procedures
· Reporting & forecasting
· Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
· Ensuring growth of the region’s profit margins
To be successful in this role you will have previous experiencing in both a field management and front line management role with experience in developing new business relationships in a aftermarket / maintenance environment. You will have a mechanical engineering or trade qualification and will have a hands on leadership approach with the ability to drive and motivate a team of field service professionals.
