Join a small team responsible for establishing and implementing an inspection scheme for small generation units as required under the appropriate legislation. This position will commence in January this year.

As the Procurement Officer you will undertake the following duties working either autonomously or as part of a team:

• Assist the Inspection Team with a range of administration tasks related to the Renewable Energy (Elecitrity) Act 2000
• Administration of contracts for inspection services, including financial management, service delivery and relationship management
• Assist in office management activites including the use of MS Excel to prepare and analyse relevant data
• Assist the Manager Inspections in providing advice to the Regulator of the requirements under the legislation and responding to complaints and feedback
• Supporting a range of short to medium term projects

This position would suite a public sector contractor with experience in the following areas:

• contract management
• data analysis
• explain complex legislation to stakeholders
• knowledge of Solar Industry and Renewable Energy (not essential)
