Drake International is currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our major client in the Cessnock area. You will be responsible for the daily operations including; staff management and training, cost control, profitability, guest and customer service, that meets with our resorts high quality commitment to excellence. You will possess the enthusiasm and passion to generate new ideas and initiatives. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: - Demonstrated experience with cash handling, functions, stock handling & wastage
- RSA certificate
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster, days, nights & weekends
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience of team members
- Team training
- Excellent communications skills written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
- Responsible for daily operations of a busy restaurant
DESIRABLE CRITERIA: - Current first aid certificate
