Job Description

Leading a large and passionate team, your strong multi outlet F&B background will be critical in driving top line growth across the precinct. A sharp customer driven focus will ensure you effectively measure and communicate customer/client satisfaction across a divers range of services. Your operational nous will allow you to quickly identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness. Ultimately the bottom line is yours.

The Successful Applicant

Will have a track record in delivering high volume food & beverage within tight time frames. A demonstrated ability to create and nurture client relationships with multiple stakeholders. Outstanding time management with the ability to drive team performance through high Eb's & flows. A track record in managing high volume and demanding patronage is critical. You will be a lateral thinker and have highly effective communication skills with the ability to remain cool under pressure.
