We have and exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources specialist to head up our HR and Training Department whilst we move towards our next phase in line with business growth and acquisitions.
To succeed in this role you will have solid experience across Employment Relations, Organisational Development and Human Resources Operations. Previous experience or understanding of the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential and you will demonstrate clear understanding and experience in the establishment and delivery of the frameworks required to build successful training initiatives internally to a diverse range of staff.
 
With over 400 employees across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, your proven experience within HR principles and practices including Employer of Choice programs will be highly desirable. You will be reporting directly to the Group Shared Services Manager based in Townsville. You will become a key member of the Senior Management Team and an active contributor throughout the Human Resources and Training Departments.
 
The role will be strategic in developing, designing and sourcing practical HR solutions, including building and communicating a solid vision and culture across the business. You will have demonstrated experience to develop and implement HR and training strategy in a large and complex organisation.
