As a passionate and committed HR Advisor, you will work closely with the company by providing support, advice and coaching to staff and management on issues such as Performance Management, EBA interpretation, ER and IR advice as well as other areas such as Learning and Development, Recruitment and OHS.

Based in the North Western suburbs this manufacturing and technology organisation is widely renowned for having a professional yet relaxed culture where people get along.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Solid experience in providing advice on ER/IR and award interpretation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to build strong relationships and influence people at all levels

You will be an experienced ER/IR specialist with a real passion for Employee Relations and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
