As Desk Manager you will be a senior member of the team and focus on client acquisition, relationship management and recruitment activities. You will manage, mentor and coach two Associate Consultants with a mandate to get them promoted and hire new staff as business needs arise.

A loyal client base, including several national PSA accounts, will assist you as a springboard to help further grow the Insurance business for QPL.

What we are looking for:
  • a minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Recruiter with some or all of that time as a Team Manager
  • strong local industry knowledge
  • very strong business acumen, with an ability to plan and execute business development strategies
  • exceptional relationship building skills
  • strong understanding of systems, processes and internal compliance
  • ability to be a mentor to more junior staff
