As a Trades Consultant based in our Hurstville Office, you will;
- Be responsible for using innovative techniques to attract, retain and place candidates in to appropriate roles, primarily Fitter & Turners, Boilermakers, Metal Trades & Electrical
- Grow business profitability by developing your own relationships & winning new business
- Sell to a broad range of companies using trades across the Sydney Metropolitan area
- Nurture existing contacts to ensure they call you first when they require a new employee
- Deliver a five star service to your candidates & clients at all times
- Provide a consultative approach to our clients & candidates

- Ideally from a trades background
- Highly motivated to work & succeed
- Have a proven background meeting/exceeding sales targets, ideally in permanent recruitment
