We are seeking a confident team player with Candidate Management experience to assist our Recruitment consultants.

Role:

• Managing the Candidate aspect of the recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Drafting and managing job advertisements.
• Reviewing resumes for multiple vacancies.
• Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
• Assisting candidates with resume preparation and interview technique.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Recruitment capacity as a Candidate Manager or Resourcer
• Experience in MS Office suite applications
• Exceptional Communication skills and telephone manner
• Strong Organisational Skills & Time Management with a high attention to detail
• Willing to learn and able to manage multiple tasks
• Defence/ IT/ Engineering knowledge desirable
