We are seeking a confident team player with Candidate Manager experience to assist our Recruitment consultant.
If you thrive on a challenge and have a natural flare for building relationships, you will flourish in a role that includes:
- Managing the Candidate aspect of the recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Drafting and managing job advertisements.
- Reviewing resumes for multiple vacancies.
- Conducting telephone and face to face interviews.
- Assisting candidates with resume preparation and interview technique.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Recruitment capacity as a Candidate Manager or Resourcer
- Experience in MS Office suite applications
- Exceptional Communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong Organisational Skills & Time Management with a high attention to detail
- Willing to learn and able to manage multiple tasks
- Defence/ IT/ Engineering knowledge desirable
