The role is a combination of resourcing, search, selection and candidate management. You will have access an existing database of candidates, however you must be comfortable in developing new talent pools.
 
To be considered for this role you must:

• Have experience working within recruitment and managing candidates
• Enjoy the 'candidate resourcing' aspects of recruitment
• Strong desire to succeed
• Excellent verbal communication in particular as well as written
• Work at a face pace and be able to prioritise workload
