To be successful, you will need to possess the following - Proven account management skills
- A track record of success in recruitment (ideally at least 3-5 years experience in end to end recruitment)
- A commitment to your profession and a passion to be the best in your chosen field.
- The ability to recruit hands-on as well as manage.
- Experience managing and growing client relationships.
- A willingness to learn and utilise the latest and greatest in 'sourcing techniques' in recruitment.
