We have a new opportunity within our Workforce Services business line for an energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team based in our Emerald office. Preferably you will have exposure across labour hire operations within the Mining and Energy/Heavy Industrial sectors.

Core job responsibilities include:

• Taking job orders;
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates;
• Conducting reference checks;
• Liaising with clients and candidates (phone calls and on-site meetings);
• Payroll preparation; and
• General office support (overflow of phone calls and general admin).

To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• A friendly and professional attitude;
• Excellent phone and interview manner;
• Strong organisational and time management skills; and
• Intermediate-Advanced MS Office.
