Workforce Services, a specialist division of Chandler Macleod, is a major provider of staffing, labour-hire and recruitment services to the manufacturing, logistics, trades, agricultural, hospitality and mining industries.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Recruitment Consultants with sales and/or customer service experience to join our dedicated team located in Mulgrave. 

Our business environment is dynamic, fast-paced and competitive; it requires an energetic Consultant who likes to be hands-on and is motivated to achieve. Your strong customer focus and your ability to develop and maintain a client base will see you succeed in this role.

You’ll take ownership of recruitment and account management responsibilities, with the core focus of building and implementing cutting edge recruitment solutions that meet your client's needs. Your success in this position will be largely based on your ability to deliver high-quality, shortlists to clients and generate full talent pipelines in anticipation of future recruitment needs.

To win this role, you will need to have a strong customer centric approach, a valid driver’s licence and own transportation, high integrity and be process driven.  You must be able to lead by example, recognise business opportunities and be passionate about managing candidate careers on a daily basis.
