Typically you will be working on permanent roles in the office and industrial sector in the Bathurst and surrounding regions. You will be partnering with our existing loyal client portfolio to meet their permanent recruitment needs along with developing new business. You will have warm leads to leverage off and will also be developing new leads to assist you in reaching your targets
Proven success in the recruitment industry is essential (temporary or permanent recruitment) for this role. Your ability to sell a solution is key to your success. Your eagerness to exceed targets together with your determination and desire to succeed will lead you a long way to being successful in this role. In additional to your strong communication skills your professional business acumen and understanding of "getting it right first time" will also be your key to success.
