Our Client based at Varsity Lakes is seeking the skills of an experienced Industrial/Executive HR resourcer to join their team. The role will be based within a small team and you will enjoy working a 9 day fortnight.
Working with the HR team your role will include:
- Screening
- Interviewing
- Reference checks
- Networking and Resourcing quality candidates
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have previous industrial HR experience (preferably 2 - 3 + years)
- Be computer savvy in the Microsoft suite of programs
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be a team player with a solid work ethic
- Solid attention to detail
- Previous experience in Industrial and executive recruitment will be looked upon favorably.
